Covering a wide range of professional services to support the delivery of construction projects, including (but not limited to) services related to:

- Architectural, building control, civil engineering, cost consultancy, cost, ecology, mechanical and electrical design, planning, legal services, project management, structural engineering, surveys, and urban design.

Procurement / Social Value

Covering a wide range of Procurement services, including (but not limited to):

- Outsourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Stakeholder Management, Category Management, Commissioning, and Social Value delivery.

Marketing, Media & Communication

Covering all aspects of marketing, media and communications services, including (but not limited to) creative design, communications, public relations, and media engagement. It also supports both corporate-wide and service-specific strategies including campaigns, consultancy, creative, digital, and animation services.

ICT, Transformation & Change

Covering all aspects of ICT, Transformation and Change, including (but not limited to):

- Software and licenses (e.g. analytics tools, project management platforms), hardware, infrastructure, networks, and the management and maintenance of systems, access to services and technology applications related to telecommunications;

- Optimisation, Digital Transformation and Change including a design and supply option for specialist consultant services (e.g. delivery of a cloud-based tool or performance analytics software alongside strategic consultancy);

- Diagnostic/monitoring tools for performance reporting (Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ICT Strategy), and Digital Inclusion (ensuring equitable access to digital services, particularly for vulnerable groups).
